Director of FP&A

As the VP of FP&A, you will be leading the company's finance team and reporting to the CFO. Your role will be to lead and grow the team in analyzing the financial performance of the business, build annual/quarterly financial plans, be a cross functional business partner to department leaders and enhance FP& A systems and best practices across the Company. This role involves high-profile strategy and operating projects and delivering impactful analysis and recommendations intended to help our fast growing Company to scale. 
 

• In collaboration with the CFO, plan and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process 
• Manage the long-term planning, implementation, and business strategic analysis capabilities of the finance and management team 
• Build, manage and mentor the finance team, enabling career growth of team members 
• Coordinate and manage financial analysis, modeling, forecast and reporting activities to ensure efficient operations 
• Coordinate with the accounting team to integrate financial reports into actionable financial analysis and reporting to business owners throughout the Company 
• Integrate advanced financial analysis tools (BI) into the Company’s FP& A process to optimize and automate FP& A reporting 
• Continuously educate department owners on budget to actual variances and other financial metrics that are important to their decision making 
• Evolve and track key performance indicators 
• Provide support for all Corporate Development projects and help coordinate due diligence activities both internally and externally  
• Promote a metrics-driven culture across the Company 

Requirements 
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 
• MBA or CPA preferred  
• 5+ years of relevant Finance /FP& A experience or equivalent 
• Proven ability to recruit, train, manage and mentor high performing teams 
• Global Manufacturing experience
