Line Cook

Skilled Full Time Line cook with grill and sauté experience for an immediate opening.

Primary Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for safety in the kitchen environment.
• Setup station with food products and utensils and turn on equipment to ensure the station is ready for production.
• Ensure station is clean and sanitized at all time according to standards.
• Arrives to work on time, well-groomed and in the proper attire and ready to work.
• Complete all assigned tasks and duties assigned by managers.
• Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils:

• Ability to understand and carry out written or verbal instructions independently.

• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to grasp, lift, reach, stand, walk and carry for an 8-10 hour shift.

• Ability to tolerate cold and hot temperatures throughout the shift.

Job Type: Full-time
