store remodels and renovations throughout MA, NH, ME, NY, RI, and CT. Our team

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded construction worker who is skilled 
across multiple trades. This individual should be comfortable working in fast-paced 
environments and capable of handling a variety of tasks including framing, 
drywall, and finish work.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready, 
and can adapt to different scopes on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and frame walls (metal and wood framing)
• Install drywall, tape, mud, and finish to a high standard
• Perform general carpentry and interior finish work
• Assist with demolition, layout, and installation of fixtures
• Work alongside foremen and subcontractors to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized job sites nightly
• Follow all company safety standards and jobsite procedures
• Complete tasks within scheduled timeframes and meet quality expectations

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of construction experience (commercial preferred)
• Strong skills in framing, Sheetrock, taping, and mudding
• Ability to read basic plans and layouts (preferred)
• Experience working in active environments (retail or remodels is a plus)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• Ability to work night shifts (typical start time ~9PM)
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
