Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented person to join our construction 
management team. In this role, you will oversee construction projects from 
inception to completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and 
according to all safety and quality standards. Your expertise will drive project 
success through effective management, supervision, and coordination of 
resources.

Foreman Roles & Responsibilities
Field Coordination and Technician Support

· Coordinate daily activities of field technicians on-site, ensuring clear 
communication of tasks and assignments.
· Provide technical guidance, support, and troubleshooting assistance to field 
technicians, helping them meet project quality standards and timelines.
· Monitor the progress of each technician’s tasks and adjust assignments as 
needed to stay on schedule.
Subcontractor and Vendor Management
· Act as the primary on-site point of contact for subcontractors and vendors, 
ensuring that they follow project schedules, quality standards, and safety 
protocols.
· Hold nightly huddles with subcontractors, vendors, and field techs to review daily 
accomplishments, address challenges, and set goals for the next shift.
· Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to maintain work continuity, 
while addressing any issues or delays that arise with deliveries or vendor services.
Compliance with Processes, Procedures, and Standards
· Follow all company processes, procedures, and policies, including adherence to 
safety regulations, quality control standards, and project-specific protocols.
· Enforce uniform standards and PPE requirements on-site, maintaining a safe and 
professional work environment for all personnel.
· Conduct safety checks and audits on-site, identifying and addressing any 
potential hazards or unsafe behaviors.
Two-Week Look-Ahead Planning
· Create a detailed two-week look-ahead plan that forecasts upcoming tasks, 
resource requirements, and potential challenges.
· Prepare accurate material lists and submit them to the superintendent in 
advance to ensure materials and equipment are available when needed.
· Collaborate with the superintendent to identify any potential scheduling conflicts 
or resource limitations and adjust the plan as necessary.
Comprehensive Daily Log and Reporting
· Complete a daily log detailing all activities, including photos of work completed, 
issues encountered, deliveries received, accidents, and manpower on-site.
· Document any unexpected events, delays, or safety incidents, ensuring full 
transparency and accountability.
· Review the daily log with the superintendent each morning to confirm alignment 
on project progress and address any immediate issues.
