<Skills>
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex 
systems effectively.
• Electrical experience including wiring, circuit testing, and working with 
schematics.
• Proficiency in working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for 
automation tasks.
• Skilled in welding techniques suitable for repair and fabrication tasks.
• Experience with facilities maintenance in manufacturing or similar 
environments.
• Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters 
confidently.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with supervisory experience for 
team leadership roles.
• Fluency in English for clear communication across teams and 
documentation purposes.
• Knowledge of residential painting techniques for minor aesthetic repairs or
